Hakeem is a seasoned professional with diverse knowledge and experience in the areas of Recruitment, Performance management, Learning and development, Payroll Management, and Staff record keeping. He is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Ilorin and also obtained his Associate membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He has worked in a couple of organizations as a Human Resources Personnel before joining Mount Olive Golden Ventures as an HR and Admin Manager.
